UTA News in Espanol is one of the top two student spanish newscast in the state. UTA news one year anniversary was this past September. They have had 24 newscast within that year as well. The students volunteer their time in putting the show together. They do not get any class credit but they gt the experience they need to work in the Broadcasting world. Big spanish news shoes like Univision and Telemundo have done profiles on the UTA spanish newscast. That excites students because not only do they get experience but their hard work goes noticed by being a part of UTA News in Espanol.
