Lady Mavs Basketball

The Bobcats got off to an early start with guard Diamond Ford hitting four of the teams six three pointers in the first half.  The Bobcats took a 45 to 32 lead into halftime.  The mavs came out in the second half with high energy and took a 65 to 63 lead with just over 5 minutes remaining.  In the end The Bobcats were too much scoring 27 points in the last five minutes to ultimatley win 90 to 73, pushing the mavs record to three and fifteen. Ford finished the game with 26 points which lead the Bobcats in scoring. The Mavs were lead by Brianna Walker scoring a career high 28 points and grabbing eleven rebounds, seven coming on the offensive end.
