Student Congress Resolutions

Student Congress is pushing new resolutions for campus. Resolutions are like bills presented to congress to make a change or come up with a solution to a problem. One of the new resolutions proposed to Student Congress will allow students to print using their I.D. cards, but instead of charging their card the printing fee will go straight to their MyMav account. While it doesn’t sound like a big change, some past resolutions have influenced the building of the Special Events Center. Any student can writea resolution and present it. Student Congress has a database of past resolutions to give students an idea of how to write them. The database as well as more information about resolutions available at www.uta.edu/sc.
