Students Defining Religion

With a quick glance of The University of Texas at Arlington, it’s not difficult to see diversity among the student body.  Another thing that is strikingly noticeable are Students embracing Maverick pride by adorning themselves in Maverick-themed apparel, like sweats, jackets, shirts, and hats. But a commonality that remains unseen– but is tightly nestled and hidden in the hearts of students, is the unwavering conviction in their perspective faiths. In this news piece, students piece together their thoughts on what religion means them. Surprisingly, despite the differing faiths, the basic principals seem to mirror each other.
