The Fine Arts Department at UTA puts on several concerts and recitals throughout the year. Associate Professor Rick Bogard was the featured artist at the faculty trumpet recital on September 20, 2012. The recital was free, so students and people from the community were able to enjoy the concert with no worries about cost. Professor Bogard’s recital was the first of three recitals that weekend, and Irons Recital Hall was full of the sounds of music. For those interested in music, information about upcoming concerts and recitals can be found in the Music Department Office in the south section of the Fine Arts Building.
