UTA Eats – Chicken Wrap

On this week’s segment of UTA Eats, Chef Brenda shows viewers how to make a “Tasty Chicken Salad Wrap.”

Recipe: Tasty Chicken Salad Wrap
1 Cup of Chopped Fresh Spinach
1 Can of Chicken Breast
1 Cup of Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup of Canned Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup of Shredded Carrots
2 Teaspoons of Garlic Herb Seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Basil
1/2 Cup of Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
16 Leaves of Iceburg Lettuce

Directions:
1. Combine all ingradients except Lettuce in a large bowl and mix well.
2. To serve, spoon 1/4 cup of chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf, roll or fold as desired.

Utensils Needed: Large mixing bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, large spoon, cutting board, knife, dinner plate, and can opener.
