For a second semester the loving therapy dogs are back on campus. Tail Waggin’ Wednesdays is an event organized by the Central Library and Paws with Partners. These dogs come on campus to provide students a different way of reliving stress. Some students go to the gym to run or lift weights, but with classes and homework going to the gym isn’t as easy. The event came from Paws for Finals, and by student request, they make an appearance once a month. In the first two hours of their visit more than 140 students went to go see Duke, the golden retriever, and Lola, a poodle/Maltese mix. You can play with the dogs on duty on the second floor of the Central Library every 1st Wednesday of the month.
