The UTA Library is Working on a Back Up Plan for Students to be on Campus when Absent

The library is currently testing out a telepresence robot that students can check out in the library. It is a iPad on a wheel and can be controlled by any PC or Apple product. The screen shows where the device is going and the controls. It can be moved up or down to make it easier to communicate in different situation. The goal for this is to let students attend group meetings when they have to be off campus. Right now they are hoping to do a role out by the end of this semester allowing students to use these.
