Black Lives Matter Exhibit

Black Lives Matter is a trending movement centered around police brutality within the black community. A group of UT Arlington students put together an exhibit that featured photographs, posters, and tweets that illustrated how the movement started and how it has affected members of not only the black community, but society as a whole. The movement first started with the death of Christian Taylor, a college football player from Arlington, Texas. The purpose of the exhibit was to show students that Black Lives Matter is not just a hashtag but a movement that allows people from all ethnic backgrounds to stand together as one and treat each other equally.
