Final Exams preparation.

With the fall 2016 semester coming to an end. The number one concern with students is the correct way to study for exams. Overnight binge studying is not a very good way to prepare for upcoming finals because it impairs judgment, meaning you can second guess yourself. Potentially setting yourself up for a failing grade. For example do the hardest studying early in the day. For most people, your brain’s peak performance happens 2-4 hours after you wake up. This is the time when your brain can focus on analytical thinking that requires the most concentration.
