With the fall 2016 semester coming to an end. The number one concern with students is the correct way to study for exams. Overnight binge studying is not a very good way to prepare for upcoming finals because it impairs judgment, meaning you can second guess yourself. Potentially setting yourself up for a failing grade. For example do the hardest studying early in the day. For most people, your brain’s peak performance happens 2-4 hours after you wake up. This is the time when your brain can focus on analytical thinking that requires the most concentration.
