A problem that far too many college students deal with is stress eating. In college sometimes you get overloaded with schoolwork, actual work, personal drama and family issues; and unfortunately for some they turn their attention towards food. The food is thought to be used to help make the person feel better, but in reality when you stress eat the food only ends up making things worse. UTA Dietian, Stacie Ellis was able to express her thoughts on tips to help avoid stress eating as well as ways to avoid stressing in our everyday lives.
