On Thursday, February 23rd, UTA’s Office of International Education provided a panel to showcase ten students who had previously been apart of the Study Abroad program. The panel contained a series of pre-written questions, and also allowed students in the audience to ask questions about their decision to study in other countries. Amanda Sines, a study abroad advisor, hosted the panel and expressed her thoughts afterwords about how important she feels the program is for students here at UTA. The main mission of the program is to give students opportunities to see other parts of the world, experience other cultures, and most importantly study! UTA offers more than 500 study abroad programs within 62 countries and the experience of a lifetime is right around the corner.
