New Years Resolutions

With a new year comes new goals for students around UTA’s campus. Numerous students answered the infamous “what’s your New Years resolution” question. Grades, more sleep, and getting fit are at the top of a lot of students’ resolution lists. It’s easy to set goals but some students have trouble maintaining their expectations.  One UTA personal trainer talks about the weight room attendance in effect to students’ New Years resolutions.
