The Cutting Board cooking competition was held last Friday at UTA. Students were challenged to make a snack and a meal from the food pantries food. Students showed the diversity of the food through the meals they were creating. Alex Sanchez, co founder of this event was relieved when he saw how creative they were being when preparing their food. People were shocked at how fun and well put together this event was. Many parents stayed after to congratulate the students and coordinators of this event.
