UTA’s Department of Theatre Arts Presents: Eurydice

Air Date: April 15, 2019

UTA’s Department of Theatre Arts debuted their Spring show “Eurydice” by Sarah Ruhl in the Studio Theatre. Eurydice added a modern twist to the Greek myth of Orpheus. The black-box theatre gave the audience the opportunity to choose between three different sections to sit. Each section gave a unique perspective to the show. The cast and crew put the show together over the course of six weeks. Assistant Director Jordan Cox encourages others to support college theatre in order to understand and appreciate theatre as an art form.
