The Movin’ Mavs lack of funding

By the end of the spring semester and into the summer, a lot of construction began to take place around campus. This is all part of the UTA Master plan to expand the university. Texas vs the U.S.

Currently there’s a Supreme Court case that could impact the lives of nearly five million people. Last Monday, dozens of people gathered outside the Supreme Court to protest in favor or against this law. In this story I explain the law in question as well as the plaintiffs argument. Recent studies have shown that sitting for prolonged hours can lead to health risks or even a shorter life span. Here on campus, there are new technologies to enable students to spend less time sitting and more time moving.
